The construction of the Jackie Chan Creative and Cultural Park in Beijing came to completion in Jan 2018. Working with Jackie Chan, MINIWIZ has had the opportunity to transform many thousands of square meters of building spaces with our sustainable touch over the years. Jackie Chan Creative and Cultural Industrial Park marks yet another milestone in sustainable design and circular economy engineering.
Jackie Chan Creative and Cultural Park consists of four floors containing filming studios, recording rooms, a gym, office space, even living spaces and 38 dorm rooms for long hauls of creative performances. The living quarter showcases a large rotating wall with many storage capabilities Utilizing many of our signature upcycled materials, the main building features heat pressed upcycled rPET wall and ceiling panels from recycled drinking bottles. Furniture made with glass fiber reinforced PP, designed and supplied by PENTATONIC. As well as PC brick building modules for interior walls and aesthetic finishes. All with a minimized carbon footprint and maximum re-recyclability. No toxic materials or chemicals such formaldehyde have been used in the construction.
