The following Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) apply to all online purchases made through our Internet site at www.hymini.com. The terms “you,”“your” and “yours” refer to the customer/purchaser using our Internet site to purchase services or products (“Products”) from HYmini Online Store. The terms “we,” “us,” “our” and “MINIWIZ” refer toMINIWIZ Sustainable Energy Development Ltd.
Refund Policy
If you are not satisfy with your HYmini, you may return Products purchased directly from HYmini Online Store after obtaining a HYmini Return Authorization number (RMA) during the 30 day period following the date of shipment by HYmini for a refund of the purchase price actually paid. The MRA number and US distribution center return address may be obtained from HYmini Online Store Customer Support at support@hymini.com, and must be noted on the outside of the returned Products container. To be eligible for a refund of a Product, you must return it freight prepaid, in the original carton, with all of the original packaging, parts and accessories. Shipping and handling is not refundable. Damage and missing part restocking fees may apply. RMAs are valid for only 30 days from issuance. You assume all risk of loss or damage to the Product while in transit to MINIWIZ distribution center. Allow 30-days turn around time for exchange or refund items to be processed. Shipping costs are not refundable. No refund will be made on the shipping portions of your order. We do not accept COD. The cost of initial shipping and all return shipping is sole responsibility of the customer.
Manufacturer Defect Return Policy
HYmini product is warranted by MINIWIZ for 60 days. You may return the defected products purchased directly from HYmini Online Store after obtaining a HYmini Return Authorization number (RMA) during the 60 day period following the date of shipment by HYmini for a new product replacement. The MRA number and US distribution center return address may be obtained from HYmini Online Store Customer Support at support@hymini.com, and must be noted on the outside of the returned Products container. MINIWIZ will replace the returned Product with a new replacement unit during a 60 day period. No replacement unit will be shipped until after the defected return product is received and inspected by HYmini support team for manufacturing defects. If you return a Product to MINIWIZ (1) without a MRA from MINIWIZ, (2) beyond the 60 day period, (3) without proper packaging, (4) without all parts and accessories, or (5) with no visible and functional manufacturing defects, MINIWIZ retains the right to either refuse delivery of the replacement Product or charge you a restocking fee.
